Therapeutic Massage Helps relieve pain, reduce stress, and work on a specific problem. It can also help to reduce stress, improve blood circulation and in some cases it can reduce pain. We are focusing on certain areas and may spend less time in other areas order to compensate for time.
Deep Tissue Massage: Deepge targets chronic tension in muscles that lie far below the body's surface. Deep muscle techniques involve slow strokes, direct pressure or friction movements.
Swedish Massage This type of massage focuses on muscle relaxation, targeting superficial muscles and increasing blood circulation. This is mostly for relaxation and stress relief.
Reflexology Reflexology's goal is to promote a response from the soft tissue stimulated through the nervous system and the meridians. While massage works with the structure of a body, reflexology's purpose is to work to improve gland, organ, and systems functions.

Maquoketa Massage Policies

  • NO CALL /NO SHOW/ MISSED APPOINTMENTS: Please call or text if you cannot make your appointment. No call no show and repeated missed appointments will be reason for removal as a client. This is at the discretion of Maquoketa Massage.
  • Inappropriate conversation or actions will result in your massage being ended without further appointments allowed.
  • No kids or other visitors will be allowed to wait in the lobby during appointments. This is per the request of the rental agreement, and to keep traffic at a minimum.
  • Please arrive no sooner than 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This is to allow the time I need in between massages. The door may be locked if you arrive earlier.
  • Please be respectful with your cell phones. I am in a shared space and require respect for both businesses.
  • Cash is the only method of payment.
